Rates
Minimum Charge For all Video Work: $250
Full - Day Rate: $650 includes 2 camera-persons, 2 HD cameras, lighting and audio, up to 8 hours of filming.
Half - Day Rate: $325 includes 2 camera-persons, 2 HD cameras, lighting and audio, up to 4 hours of filming.
Pre - Production
Pre-production entails work done on a film or broadcast program, video-shoot before full-scale production begins: • Included in the hourly rate: $100 (3 hours max, if more time is needed then charge) Depending on shoot, hours will change.
Post - Production
The post-production phase of creating a film usually takes longer than the actual shooting of the film and can take several months to complete because it includes the complete editing, color correction, and the addition of music and sound:
1 week for 1 min video
2 weeks for 5-10min videos; time required for:
editing
color correcting
color grading
adding audio / effects, etc.
Editing Rate:
included in the hourly rate: $100 hour (up to 8 hours max)
Depending on shoot hours will change
Revisions
3 rounds of revisions are included within the base price
After 3 free revisions, I charge $100 an hour for additional changes
Deposit
Dependent on project size
Deposit minimum on contract signage: 30 – 40 % • Pre- shoot day (1 – week prior to first day of shooting) : 10 – 20 % additional deposit on
Completion of shoot: another deposit of minimum 10 % - 20 %
Upon deliverable completion: remaining balance upon completion of deliverables
Travel Costs
I am available to travel from NYC to wherever the client needs; however, travel costs are to be covered by the client.
